This is an out of the box item, it has previously been opened and assembled. the only issue with it is that we cant figure out how to lay the back down as pictured in photos, there also is a small tear along the backside. Overall this is an amazing piece of furniture that is very modern and chic but also very convenient and versatile for becoming a bed when needed.
