We only have 1 of almost every item on our site, so when you place an order for an item, no one else will be able to purchase. Because of that, we do have an all sales final policy, BUT if the item you purchase is not as described when you pickup, please know that we will make it right with a discount or a refund.

Please inspect any items for damage or missing items at time of pickup.

We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please make sure you add an email address that can receive our emails (sometimes your work emails would block something like this). Please pickup your order within 4 business days of pickup. We reserve the right to cancel any orders not picked up within 4 business days, so if you need some extra time please email us. Any items not picked up on time will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be issued a store credit for the remaining balance.
