Out of box and fully assembled, includes backsplash. 30" marble top bathroom vanity in good condition! It does have a couple imperfections - a very slight ding in the marble top and a couple light pink marks on the marble (Pictured). The lower left side of the vanity has a small crack (pictured) that would need some wood glue. The shelf inside is included but does have some dings on the corners.
