Open box, The color is Spinnsol Navy, Size: Right Hand Facing, Link says ottoman not included, ottoman IS included. Item is in excellent condition, with the exception of underneath both Sofa and Chaise slightly tearing on the underneath casing of sectional, One Back Pillow has small scuff/tear, small stain on one bottom cushion. Color is a true Royal/Navy Blue.
