Out of box/open box, The color is merlot/buttermilk, AS IS Condition: Dining table leaves removed for structural integrity. The table is shortened currently and can only accommodate 4 chairs. 1 extendable leaf can be added, but additional special hardware will be needed to be purchased to do so. Set comes with table, 6 in chairs (unassembled), 1 extendable table leaf. Table and leaf and some slight scuff marks on edges due to shipment. Items are in otherwise good condition. Current table dimensions are: 52" L x 42" W x 30"H
